1. Free Trial

Star IPTV 4K offers a free trial so you can test the service before paying.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, provided the service has not been heavily used.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Renewal payments after the first billing cycle.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Issues caused by your internet connection or device.

5. Renewal Payments

Renewals are never charged automatically. If you choose to renew and change your mind before the new period starts, contact us and we will cancel and refund the renewal in full.

6. Abuse & Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback while continuing to use the service is treated as abuse and may lead to permanent account termination without refund.

7. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method you used to pay, in the same currency, within 5–7 business days of approval.
